The company was started 10 years ago by 2 next generation members of Belgian Family Businesses & Family Offices.
After initially building the platform for their own needs, they realized many other family businesses and family offices around the world had very similar needs, and turned their idea into a company.
10 years later, the platform is used every month by over 4000 Family Business and Family Office members in over 25 countries. Our team is split between Brussels, London, and New York.
We are looking for a product enthusiast and creative Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption of the Trusted Family platforms and its innovative features on mobile and browser versions.
As Product Marketing Manager you will work closely with our Client Success Team and Product Team in Europe and New York.
Your role will be to provide substantial communications about the Product in order to enhance the experience of our clients worldwide. You shall be producing tutorials, materials, communications campaigns, in close link with the product and client teams.
You will work with our clients to drive projects that enhance their communication and use of Trusted Family technology, while helping them to deliver best practice advice on governance, education and other areas that the family will be using the technology for.
The ideal candidate is a skilled and enthusiastic writer, who works strategically and cross-functionally to help build and maintain our product marketing content portfolio. Being able to grasp and adapt the technical value of our product into didactical material is essential.
Main responsibilities and tasks
What is the work like?
Producing material for user training: video tutorials, written material. This material will be posted on help center and sent directly to users.
Provide assistance and advice for client use of the platform. Centralize support questions across clients.
Preparing ongoing training material to client admins and others as needed, including running webinars.
Work with the sales rep to understand the family business and office structure, goals and objectives, primary use cases for the technology and metrics for success.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Content Studio, Product and Client Success Teams.
Who we are looking for?
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience and a bachelor’s degree.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with fluency in French and English.
Project management skills and ability to self-manage multiple projects and campaigns.
Successful product or content marketing experience (video, tutorials…)
Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
Basic experience in graphic design is a plus.
Basic understanding of video editing is a plus.
You have the understanding of technology and communication channels. You have the ability to communicate technical concepts and experiences in a user-friendly way to prospects and users. You understand audience segmentation and know how to adapt communication and marketing materials.
You can creatively adapt technological needs of clients to meet the technological capabilities of our system.
You are a self-motivated, capable of working in an autonomous way.
