As an Inside Sales Recruiter focused on developing new customer and sales opportunities at Zippia. You’ll be tasked with talking to potential customers or partners nationwide over the phone. We help our customers to recruit the right job candidates, and we help the job candidates to locate the right companies to join. Your job is to find the right job candidates for the right companies, and help to create that job transition.
Being a rapidly growing startup, this position includes a unique ability to leave a real impact on the millions of people who are already using Zippia. We’re looking for someone with an equally unique sense of flexibility and creativity. An individual who feeds off of personal interaction, whilst simultaneously self-motivated enough to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Since we are in its very early stage of customer development, you will have the chance to help discover and develop new ways of doing things.
