Given the plethora of platforms available (Apple IOS, Android, BlackBerry, WebOS and Symbian at the time...) and the pace at which the technology is evolving, we are convinced that it is too time consuming and cost-prohibitive for any business to try to develop an in-house mobile workforce software and that an off-the-shelf solution is the only viable approach ("Buy vs Build").


Full-time Employee


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Quickly respond to all incoming tickets from our support software, email, chat, or phone
- Resolves questions or problems over the telephone or Internet in the areas of configurations/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements
- Interfaces with Developers to resolve issues
- Interfaces with Sales team to onboard new customers
- Keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved
- Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance (documentation, automation…)

The ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:

- Ability to answer and solve effectively all customer related issues
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be clearly understood over the phone to provide customer support
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable with cloud based and smartphone technologies
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Proactive and self-directed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions

Work Experience

Associated work experience in the following areas is an added plus:

- 1 – 3 years experience in customer support or technical support is required
- Experience with technical documentation writing (e.g. online help and FAQ) is a major plus
- Experience with video recording and editing software is a plus
- Experience with screen capture and annotation software is a plus
