Account Manager / Customer Success Associate (UT)

Our Customer Success team advises and guides a wide variety of customers, ensuring they launch Badger Maps successfully, adopt it widely and are continually using Badger Maps to maximize their day and sales.
You'll work closely with customers to discover their business needs and challenges and then coach them on the best ways to use Badger Maps to solve them. You’ll also work with Badger Map’s account executives by providing input for prospective and existing customers.
Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first.
Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on Badger Maps’ best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
Follow up regularly to maintain high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
Partner with Badger Map’s Account Executives to help them be more effective.
Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing/PR teams to provide input for product needs and advocate for customers.
Craft customer onboarding assets, adapt existing customer onboarding assets and work with product marketing to refine existing and create new onboarding assets.
Help drive customer references and case studies.
Retain existing customers with strategic renewal campaigns.
Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs/concerns on an ongoing basis.
Part coach, project manager, consultant and product expert, our Badger Maps Customer Success Associates are continually focused on helping our customers improve their team efficiency and time management with Badger Maps.
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role or account management.
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
Creative problem solver.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech savvy, proficiency in Excel.
Consistent track record of highly-professional customer interactions in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
