Marianne is the founder of Carpe Mutatio, a strategic advisory firm helping CEOs, boards and leadership teams accelerate growth and transformation by aligning business strategy, communications and culture. She advises organizations through high-stakes moments including M&A, integrations, leadership transitions, reputation challenges and organizational change, bringing an operator's mindset and experience across sectors and company sizes. Her 25+ year career spans European politics and McDonald's, followed by 15 years as Global Head of Communications and Corporate Reputation at AB InBev. She also serves as an external advisor to Bain & Company.

Grant is an attorney turned entrepreneur and a former public company CEO. He helped build a cleantech start-up from a pre-revenue concept to a publicly traded company, which became the largest glycol recycler in the USA. He then built out operations at one of the largest digital banks for small business. Focused on building stronger communities through small business empowerment, Grant currently runs a fractional COO business and is building education solutions for SMBs.

Xavier is a technology and strategy leader with 25+ years of experience building, scaling, and advising companies across media, eCommerce, and SaaS. As a founder of successful startups and an advisor to Fortune 500 companies, he brings a unique mix of entrepreneurial drive and corporate perspective. His focus is helping leaders harness AI, data, and digital platforms to transform their businesses, unlock new revenue, and strengthen competitive advantage. He has led product and technology roadmaps in industries ranging from retail and travel to advertising and consumer packaged goods, building and guiding global teams, architecting enterprise platforms, and partnering with executives to navigate complex transformations. Today, he splits his time between operating, advising, and investing, working with companies at different stages, from early-growth SaaS ventures to established corporations exploring their next horizon of digital innovation.

Rob is the Managing Director of BelCham, where he leads the mission to bridge Belgian innovation with American opportunity. His focus is on driving strategic initiatives, scaling international footprint, and ensuring the community remains a powerful force multiplier for founders, corporates, and cross-border operators. Rob is also a speaker, author, and podcast host with over a decade of experience in GTM and branding focused on scaling companies into new markets.

Leo is a private wealth advisor in the Private Wealth Management business. He and his team are responsible for providing investment advisory services to wealthy European individuals, family groups and foundations. Leo joined Goldman Sachs in 1987 as an associate in the Investment Banking Division in New York and relocated to London in 1988. In 1990, he moved to the Equity Division, where he was responsible for US equity sales to the Dutch institutional market. In 1994, Leo set up the Prime Brokerage businesses for Goldman Sachs in Europe. He joined PWM in 1996 and was named managing director in 2005. He earned an MBA and an MS in Statistics from Stanford University in 1987 and a BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1983.

Alexander is a Vice President in Private Wealth Management, based in Amsterdam. He advises entrepreneurs, family offices and ultra-high-net-worth families across the Benelux region on strategic asset allocation, private markets, family office solutions and broader wealth management matters. Alexander joined Goldman Sachs in 2018 as an Analyst in London and has since worked across the firm's London, Frankfurt and Amsterdam offices. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from KU Leuven and a Master's in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School.

Ronnie is a senior economist and vice president in Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research, where he writes research on a variety of topics related to the US economy and financial markets and leads housing economics research efforts. He earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Katrien is a partner in the Industrials Group within Investment Banking and is global head of the Industrial Technology and Industrial Growth sector. She provides corporate finance advisory services to clients across a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity issuance and debt financing. Katrien joined Goldman Sachs in 2003 as an associate in the Healthcare Group in New York before transferring to the Industrials Group in 2007. She spent a year in Beijing in 2011 helping develop the firm's industrials footprint in the region. Upon her return to New York in 2012, Katrien joined the Mergers & Acquisitions Group before moving to Investment Banking Services in 2014. She was named managing director in 2011 and partner in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Katrien worked for Telenet, a telecommunications service provider in Belgium, and for Analysys Mason, a strategic advisor on telecommunications, technology and media in London. Katrien serves on the Investment Committee of Myriad, United States, previously known as the King Baudouin Foundation, and on the board of the Belgian American Educational Foundation. She earned an MSc, magna cum laude, in Electrical Engineering from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 1997 and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2003.

Ingrid leads the Data Strategy team for Global Investment Research at Goldman Sachs. Her team contributes to clients' investment processes through quantitative analysis and systematic solutions, collaborating closely with GIR teams to integrate alternative data. Earlier in her career, Ingrid led teams across equities execution, electronic trading, prime services, and equity derivatives in the Global Markets division. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2002 and was named managing director in 2006. Before joining Goldman Sachs, she worked on the buy side at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, now part of BlackRock, and JP Morgan Investment Management in London. Ingrid is a nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council's Freedom and Prosperity Center and serves on the advisory councils for the CFA Institute Research and Policy Center and the Jacobs Levy Equity Management Center for Quantitative Financial Research. She is former president and current board member of the Society of Quantitative Analysts in New York, a board member of the KU Leuven Alumni Chapter USA, and a steering committee member of the Chicago Booth PhD Alumni Group. She earned a PhD in Finance and an MBA from The University of Chicago, is a CFA charterholder and was recognized in 2025 as a Knight of the Order of the Crown of Belgium.

Brent Holden is the Global Field CTO and leader of the Field CTO engineering group at Red Hat, where he works with many of Red Hat's Fortune 500 customers as they innovate using open-source technologies and Red Hat's emerging technology portfolio. With over twenty-five years of industry experience, Brent specializes in automation, cloud and distributed computing. He was an adjunct faculty member at Boston University as part of the Hariri Institute of Computing from 2014 to 2017. Brent holds a B.S.E. in Computer Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Bon Sethi serves as a Field CTO and Global Founders Advocate at Google. A successful founder himself, Bon intimately understands the unique pressures of the founder's journey. Today, he leverages that experience, alongside his past Product and Engineering leadership at VMware and ADP, to help founders navigate the complexities of building and scaling in the world of AI. He leads with a founder-first philosophy, focused entirely on helping them tackle their biggest hurdles and turn ambitious ideas into scaled reality.

Luke Van Seters is an engineering leader at Klaviyo, leading the Composer team. He joined Klaviyo through the acquisition of Agency, an AI startup he co-founded and served as CTO, where he built Kai, an autonomous AI agent designed for enterprise customer management. Previously, Luke led Drift's conversation understanding team, helping bring AI-powered customer experiences to companies like Okta, ADP, and ServiceNow. He brings a builder's perspective to the conversation, with firsthand experience taking AI agents from idea to production and navigating what it takes to make them work at enterprise scale. He can speak to the tradeoffs between open and closed AI models, agent governance and evaluation, and how AI is changing what small engineering teams are capable of building.
