Welcoming Rob Napoli as BelCham’s New Managing Director

An evening of reflection, connection, and a look ahead

On July 16, members, partners, and friends of BelCham gathered to officially welcome Rob Napoli as the organization’s new Managing Director.

The evening marked an important moment for BelCham, bringing together the people who have helped shape its community alongside those who are joining its next chapter. In his welcome remarks, Rob shared his perspective on the opportunities ahead and his vision for the future of BelCham.

At the center of this vision are four pillars: community, talent, presence, and connection. Together, they reflect BelCham’s ambition to strengthen the Belgian American business ecosystem by creating meaningful opportunities for businesses and professionals to connect, exchange knowledge, and grow across borders.

With his experience across Europe and the United States, and his previous involvement with BelCham through the BeNeLux Catalyst Accelerator Program, missions, and events, Rob brings a strong understanding of the network and the transatlantic opportunities it represents.

The evening offered a first glimpse of this vision in action: a room filled with members, partners, and friends looking ahead to the opportunities that lie ahead for BelCham and its network.
