We kicked off a year full of Centennial Celebrations with our  “Party of the Century”, where we invited our community to join our roaring festivities! #BelCham100 was truly a night for our history books!

1936: Annual Banquet of the Belgian Chamber of Commerce in the United States - Waldorf Astoria, New York, February 20, 1936.
1939: Before a crowd of 300 and with speeches broadcast on short wave to Belgium and Belgian Congo, representatives of the Kingdom of Belgium laid the cornerstone for the imposing pavilion which will house the Belgian exhibit at the New York World’s Fair 1939.
1949 - cocktail party on board the M/V Houffalize
1949: Through the courtesy of the Belgian Line, members of the Belgian Chamber of Commerce in the u.S. Inc., and their fiends were entertained at a cocktail party on board the M/V Houffalize on June 9th 1949.
2006: The 17th Friendship Award in New York on December 18, 2006 at The Pierre, a Taj Hotel, on Fifth Avenue. Recipients of the Award were Viscount Etienne Davignon, and Former European Commissioner and Dr. Henry A. Kissinger.
