In 2010, the BACC launches the Belgian Captain Sessions, rather informal round table sessions, structured as a breakfast or evening seminars, a round of Q&A, or just sharing the captain's view with our young professional Belgian-American crowd here in NYC.
Where in 2009 the BACC focused on topics related to successful entrepreneurship, in 2010 seminars and events will be more people oriented.
A few very respected captains already accepted the invitation the next time they are in New York City: Count Jacques Rogge, Georges Ugeux, Baron Paul Buysse, Jan Vanhevel (CEO KBC Group), Baron Peter Piot and Ambassador Jan Grauls just to name a few will be at our Seminars.
We specifically talk about Belgian captains, not only Captains of Industry. For the BACC, Entrepreneurship goes beyond business. We define Captains as those who make meaning, right what is wrong and change the world.
